• You agree not to use the Services in any manner that may interfere with, disrupt, hack or otherwise harm the Services or the Renosync Software Pvt. Ltd. systems.

• All software, codes, and materials developed under the Renosync Software Pvt. Ltd are property owned.
• What intellectual property you presently own will be yours.
• Custom solutions tailored to your needs are designed to meet the licensing requirements of your service contract.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. By using our services, you agree to the collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Payment Terms

• Your service agreement will explain the ways and times to pay.
• We have every right to suspend our services upon any overdue payments.
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in your agreement.

• 24/7 technical support on urgent issues
• Response times according to the severity of the issue mentioned in your service agreement

Limitation of Liability

• There are no Warranties: Excellence is not guaranteed, with no assurance that services shall not be interrupted or free from error.
• Limitation of Liability: Renosync Software shall have no liability for consequential, incidental or indirect damages. Our liability will be limited up to the extent of the payments you made towards our services.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time should you violate these terms or engage in unlawful activities.

Changes to Terms

We may periodically update these Terms and Conditions. Your continued use of our services following such changes signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.
